Fat Sex Or No Sex?

Psychotherapist Mary Jo Rapini counsels individuals who fight with food addiction and she says that sex is very healthy for girls.

Why let several extra pounds keep you from having sex?

Recently, the newly svelte Kirstie Alley reported to “People” magazine she has lost 100 lbs. while she didn’t like the way she looked and she didn’t want to have fat sex. Nowadays, that Jenny Craig’s ex-spokeswoman is fit and she claimed she is finally ready to fall in love.

But while she looks perfect on the outside, her comments make people think about what is going on inside. Seems Alley’s diet program is missing out a key ingredient – being sexy has everything to do with how you feel inside. It doesn’t matter if you are fat or no, an important part of being great for your body is having intercourse.

Psychotherapist Mary Jo Rapini counsels individuals who fight with food addiction and she says that sex is very healthy for girls. It helps their immune and cardiac systems, it helps their respiration and blood pressure, it helps them be less depressed and the whole quality of life depends on when people have healthy fat sex.

The women of “The View” were fast to contradict Kirstie when they recently argued about comments. Sherri Shepard wasn’t ashamed of saying she has got some big girlfriends whose weight is about 250. She says they are doing great! And Whoopi Goldberg told there were lots of skinny girls who hated their appearances, so she didn’t think it was skinny sex or fat sex, the matter is that if you have good fat sex or you don’t.

Rapini has discovered that girls’ sexuality is quite tied into their body look. She also pointed out that some girls use their extra weight as an excuse to avoid physical contact and then put the blame on their sexual partners. Rapini explains their excuse saying that guys don’t like girls who are fat. But it’s much more difficult if you are of normal weight and then you get refusal while they don’t like you because of you, and that’s a more difficult thing to cope with.
Furthermore, it’s rarely the guy who complains about size. Rapini says that the majority of men won’t kick a nude girl out of the bedroom. Nobody is immune from insecurity no matter if he’s skinny, fat or somewhere in between. She has discovered in her experience that every girl has something to complain about her body. Whether it is big schnoz, cellulite covered saddlebags or floppy arms, no one, or rather nobody is ideal.

So instead of focusing at what we have that we don’t like about us, we women have to look at what we actually need to feel sexy – it’s confidence. That feeling might be easier said than reached, but it is absolutely doable for everybody.

To feel comfortable in your own body, Mrs. Rapini advises her clients exercise, almost yoga while it makes girls more flexible and mindful of their appearance and in that you’re building an amazing confidence. Probably confidence is the only thing sexier than bending over.

So while healthy food will help you to lose weight, achieving self-love and that self-assured swagger is quite important to a perfect fat sex life. Hopefully, with this recent weight loss period, Kirstie Alley will actually be able to be confident about her body, no matter what her scale shows. It’s a perfect challenge for all of us, even if Sam Malone will not answer our phone calls.
